Curse is a status effect. Enemies inflicted with Curse after 2 seconds will take damage equals to your Bullet Damage.

Raven can inflict Curse by default.

Note: It is possible to curse yourself if you use the Grenade Launcher.

If you play Raven alongside with the Grenade Launcher (only senseful with Blast Shield), Curse (by the Crow) can inflict 60 (GL) + 60 (Crow: 2n) + 60 (Doom: 2n) + 18 (Wither: 1.3n) + 45 (Shadow Aff.: 1.75n) -> 243 damage, even buffable by Bullet Damage upgrades, maxing out at 243 (base with Dark Arts Tree/Crow/GL) + 24 (Power Shot: 1.4n) + 27 (Big Shot: 1.45n) + 12 (Reaper Rounds: 1.2n) + 9 (Sniper: 1.15n) + 30 (Fresh Clip: 1.5n) + 6 ... 24 (In The Wind: 1.1 - 1.4n) = 369 damage. With Specialize, you can triple Doom, resulting in 369 + 120 (S-Doom: 3n) = 489 damage, making you able to six-Curse-kill a Shub-Niggurath. Moreover, your Grenade Launcher would inflict 186 damage (Splinter Bullets respectively do 19 damage).
